Hyundai Genesis (DH): Lighting System / Room Lamp Repair procedures

Removal
1.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2.
Separate the room lamp (B) from the roof trim after disengaging the mounting clip (A).

3.
Separate the makeup lamp (B) from the roof trim after disengaging the mounting clip (A).

Installation
1.
Install the lamp assembly after connecting the lamp connector.
2.
Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

    Removal Puddle Lamp 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the mirror holder (A) from the outside mirror assembly.     Be careful not to damage the pin-type retainer 3.

    Inspection 1. Remove the overhead console lamp assembly and check for continuity between terminals. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the map lamp switch.
