Components 1. Piston ring2. Piston3. Connecting rod4. Connecting rod upper bearing5. Piston pin6. Connecting rod lower bearing7. Connecting rod bearing cap8.
Removal 1. Remove the LH/RH cylinder head assembly. (Refer to Cylinder Head Assembly - "Cylinder Head") 2. Remove the water jacket separator 1# (A) and 2# (B).

Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the glove box housing (A). (Refer to Body - "Glove Box") 3. Remove the PGS unit (A) after loosening the nuts. Installation 1. Install the PGS unit. 2. Install the glove box housing.
