Removal
1.
Remove the drive plate and adapter plate.
(Refer to Cylinder Block - "Drive Plate")
2.
Remove the rear oil seal (A).

Installation
1.
Using SST(09231-3C200, 09231-H1100), install the rear oil seal.

   
Always use a new oil seal.
2.
Install the drive plate and adapter plate.
(Refer to Cylinder Block - "Drive Plate")

    Components 1. Piston ring2. Piston pin3. Snap ring4. Piston5. Connecting rod6. Connecting rod upper bearing7. Connecting rod lower bearing8. Connecting rod bearing cap

    Replacement 1. Discharge refrigerant from refrigeration system. 2. Replace any faulty tubes or hoses.     Cap the open fittings immediately to keep moisture or dirt out of the system. 3. Tighten the bolt or nut joint to the specified torque.
