Description Canister Close Valve (CCV) is installed on the canister ventilation line. It seals evaporative emission control system by shutting the canister from the atmosphere when leakage detecting system operates.

Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the mirror wiring cover (A) and rain sensor cover (B). 3. Remove the LKAS unit connector (A). 4. Remove the LKAS unit after disengaging the mounting bracket (A). Installation 1.
Inspection 1. Check the condenser fins for clogging and damage. If they are clogged, clean them with water, and blow them with compressed air. If they are bent, gently bend them using a screwdriver or pliers. 2. Check the condenser connections for leakage, and repair or replace it, if required.
