Hyundai Genesis (DH) 2013-2016 Service Manual / Body Electrical System / BLUE LINK / BLUE LINK Unit(I-BOX) Repair procedures

Removal
1.
Remove the battery(-) terminals.
2.
Remove the AVN monitor.
(Body - "Premium AVN System" )
3.
Disconnect the cables and connectors (A) from the MTS unit.

4.
Remove the MTS unit after loosening the screws and nut.

Installation
1.
Tighten the connector and cable to the blue link unit.
2.
Install the Blue Link Unit
3.
Install the glove box.
4.
Connect the battery(-) terminals.

    Inspection 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the crash pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "Crash Pad Lower Panel") 3. Remove the lower crash pad switch assembly (A) after disengaging the mounting clip. 4. Remove the rheostat switch connector (A).

    Replacement 1. Remove both stoppers (B) by turning them from the glove box (A). 2. Disconnect the air damper (A) from the glove box (B). 3. Remove the filter cover (A) by pressing the knob. 4. Replace the air filter (A) with a new one according to the direction of air filter.
