Disconnect the negative (-)battery terminal. |

Remove the overhead console. |

Remove the hands-free mic(B) after loosening the screws and connector (A).

Check for the continuity between the mic terminals.

Removal 1. Disconnect the negative(-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the floor console assembly. (Refer to Body - "Floor Console Assembly") 3.
Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the front/rear bumper cover. (Refer to Body - "Front Bumper Cover") (Refer to Body - "Rear Bumper Cover") 3. Disconnect the connector (B) from the parking assist sensor (A).
Oil Specification 1. The HFC-134a system requires synthetic (PAG) compressor oil whereas the R-12 system requires mineral compressor oil. The two oils must never be mixed. 2. Compressor (PAG) oil varies according to compressor model. Be sure to use oil specified for the compressor model.
