Disconnect the connector and then remove the auto defogging sensor (A).

Install in the reverse order of removal. |
Description The auto defogging sensor is installed on the front window glass. The sensor judges and sends signal if moisture occurs to blow out wind for defogging.
Description The cluster ionizer disinfects and decomposes bad smell from the air-conditioner or inflow air in order to clean the indoor air of a vehicle.
Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the crash pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "Crash Pad") 3. Remove the blind spot detection (BSD) switch (A) after disengaging the mounting clip. Installation 1. Install the crash pad side switch assembly after connecting the connector.
Inspection 1. Check the condenser fins for clogging and damage. If they are clogged, clean them with water, and blow them with compressed air. If they are bent, gently bend them using a screwdriver or pliers. 2. Check the condenser connections for leakage, and repair or replace it, if required.
