Description The ATF warmer is mounted on the transmission to reduce oil viscosity frictionby increasing the temperature of oil in cold state, which in turn improves fuel efficiency It is mounted on the entry of the Electronic Throttle Controller (ETC) in series, as shown in the diagram, and minimizes the effects of cabin heating system.
Removal 1. Draining the coolant. (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Coolant") 2. Remove the exhaust manifold. (Engine Mechanical System - "Exhaust Manifold") 3.

Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the crash pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "Crash Pad") 3. Remove the blind spot detection (BSD) switch (A) after disengaging the mounting clip. Installation 1. Install the crash pad side switch assembly after connecting the connector.
