Inspection

Press the MODE switch more than 4 times within 2 seconds while pressing the OFF switch.

00	Normal
51	Cluster ion generator fault

Replacement

1.	Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.	Remove the glove box upper cover. (Refer to Body - "Crash Pad Main Lower Assembly")

3.	Loosen the mounting screw and then remove the shower duct (A).

4.	Disconnect the evaporator temperature sensor connector, and then remove the cluster ionizer (A).

5.	Install in the reverse order of removal.

Description The cluster ionizer disinfects and decomposes bad smell from the air-conditioner or inflow air in order to clean the indoor air of a vehicle.
