Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable. |

Remove the canister assembly.

Loosen the installing bolt (A). |

Remove the fuel tank air filter after disconnecting the vapor hose (B).

Remove the canister close valve from the fuel tank air filter.

Install a new fuel tank air filter. |
Description A ratchet tightening device on the threaded fuel filler cap reduces the chances of incorrect installation, which would seal the fuel filler.
Description System Overview The System offers the following features: - Changing the state of engine ignition and power by using the start button. - Controlling external relays for ACC / IGN1 / IGN2 terminal switching and STARTER, without use of mechanical ignition switch.
Diagnosis With GDS 1. BSD system defects can be quickly diagnosed with the GDS. GDS operates actuator quickly to monitor, input/output value and self diagnosis. 2. Connect the cable of GDS to the data link connector in driver side crash pad lower panel, and turn on the GDS.
