Fuel Pressure Test
1.
Release the residual pressure in fuel line.

When removing the fuel pump relay, a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) may turn up. Delete the code with the GDS after completion of

    Troubleshooting    

    Removal 1. Release the residual pressure in fuel line. (Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "Release Residual Pressure in Fuel Line") 2. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.

    Replacement 1. Remove both stoppers (B) by turning them from the glove box (A). 2. Disconnect the air damper (A) from the glove box (B). 3. Remove the filter cover (A) by pressing the knob. 4. Replace the air filter (A) with a new one according to the direction of air filter.
