| Removal |

Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable. |

Remove the engine cover. |
| 3. |
Disconnect the alternator connector (A) and cable (B) from the 'B' terminal.

To release the tension, turn the drive belt tensioner counterclockwise and then remove the drive belt (A).

Remove the alternator after removing the mounting bolts (A).
|
| Installation |
| 1. |
Install in the reverse order of removal. |
| 2. |
Adjust the alternator belt tension after installation.

Description [AGM Battery] AGM battery is used for especially heavy load on the vehicle network depending on equipment and requirements. AGM stands for Absorbent Glass Material Battery; that is absorbent glass fibre fleece.
Instructions When Handling Refrigerant 1. R-134a liquid refrigerant is highly volatile. A drop on the skin of your hand could result in localized frostbite. When handling the refrigerant, be sure to wear gloves. 2. It is standard practice to wear goggles or glasses to protect your eyes, and gloves to protect your hands.
Inspection 1. Check the condenser fins for clogging and damage. If they are clogged, clean them with water, and blow them with compressed air. If they are bent, gently bend them using a screwdriver or pliers. 2. Check the condenser connections for leakage, and repair or replace it, if required.
